First Connection

Prerequisites

  • Keep QingSui Box device connected to network
  • Device not bound by other users
  • (Optional) Control device and QingSui Box on the same network environment can speed up discovery

Binding Methods

QingSui Box provides two convenient binding methods, choose either one:

Method 1: Scan Device QR Code

  1. Open control application
  2. Select "Scan QR Code" function
  3. Use phone or camera to scan QR code on QingSui Box body
  4. Automatically recognize and bind device

Method 2: Enter SN Code in Console

  1. Open control application
  2. Select "Add Device Manually" or "Enter SN Code"
  3. Enter SN serial number on QingSui Box body in input box
  4. Click confirm to complete binding

Connection Steps

  1. Ensure QingSui Box is connected to network and not bound
  2. Open control application, select either binding method above
  3. After completing authorization and initialization settings, you can see real-time screen and perform keyboard/mouse operations

Troubleshooting

If unable to connect, please troubleshoot following these steps:

  1. Check Network Cable: Confirm network cable is correctly connected to router or modem, indicator lights normal
  2. Check Network Isolation: Check if router has enabled AP isolation or guest network isolation
  3. Restart Device: Restart QingSui Box and retrieve pairing code/SN code again
  4. Firewall Settings: Check if control device firewall is blocking the application

💡 Tip: QingSui Box only supports wired network connection, please use network cable to connect to router or modem.
